She handled both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. While I feel she did a good job at selling our home, I feel she did not have the best interest of my family in buying our new home. I think she was just concerned with making money now that I look back at the entire situation. I asked a ton of questions and was assured it was just because house was closed up only to find mold in the walls and a completely unlivable 1st floor which cost over 20k to repair. I would recommend using your own inspector on any home you purchase to avoid passive inspection ***You replied that I was already under contract when you stepped in.. I was not.. yes I had seen the house and I was told a few things that were wrong that I was ok with handling..but not mold (mold was also in cabinets and on the floor) and 20k worth of repair.. me and my husband both asked you and the inspector about the smell and you said it had been closed up.. not to mention you could not tell me who covered up the termite damage.. or who did the floors which were done prior to the listing agent listing it for sale..so yeah in my eyes this was about money.. and my family definitely took the hit… you can say it broke your heart all you want but you have done nothing to show that except try to make it seem I knew what I was running into.. I was told about 10k in repairs and I’m in the upwards of 55k.. I never questioned your selling of my previous home and btw I did the hard work for you there… but buying you could have definitely protected my family better…
